By downloading or using Splitsy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Splitsy is a bill-splitting application that uses AI to scan receipts and help you divide expenses among friends. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Splitsy offers an optional Pro subscription that provides unlimited receipt scans. Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
While we strive for accuracy, the AI-powered receipt scanning may occasionally make errors. You are responsible for verifying the scanned information before sharing splits with friends.
Splitsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes arising from bill splits or inaccuracies in receipt scanning.
The App and its content are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
